I love to cook...n I like to cook during weekend.....However, most of the recipes
that I know are Chinese Delicacies...n I am still in the progress of learning..:)....Most of the dishes i learn from my 'sifu'---my dearest mummy.....I lover her cooking n I miss her cooking sooo much.....so i would like to share my recipes so that i can imporve myself at the same time....some of them really taste good and some are not....however, i am satisfied with that coz i know that i will improve myself by learning more n more.....

ReplyDeletei prefer the fish to be cooked in asam pedas.....and the ooooo.....i miss the "bak hiam" but your "bak hiam" looked different from mom's....i think maybe is because of the gravy.too much gravy.hahaha........
